Welcome to Maytree Gardening Services!

By engaging Maytree Gardening Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 26 693 859 782), you agree to the following terms:

Services: We provide gardening maintenance as agreed upon in your quote. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, heatwaves) to ensure the safety of our team and the health of your garden.

Access and Safety: Clients must ensure the property is accessible and safe for our team. Please ensure pets are secured and any specific hazards (underground pipes, hidden obstacles, or aggressive dogs) are disclosed prior to work commencing.

Payment Terms: Invoices are issued upon completion of work. Payment is required within 7 days via bank transfer or credit card. Late payments may incur a fee.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee.

Insurance & Liability: Maytree Gardening Services Pty Ltd maintains current Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for damage to property that was not clearly marked or disclosed (e.g., shallow irrigation lines, hidden statues). Our liability is limited to the value of our insurance coverage or the cost of the service provided.
